In the afternoon, immerse yourself in quintessential Normandy in the Pays d'''Auge region, where cider and Calvados outrank wine and timeless villages brim with colorful half-timbered houses. The cruise director on this cruise (Paris-Normandy) was very, very, good. Food was awesome as usual. The only issue was with luggage handling. The baggage crew delivered several bags to wrong staterooms, and upon departure did not follow the rules outlined by Cruise Director to ensure luggage was identified before loading into transport. At both Arrival and departure our bags were temporarily "lost." However, in general the crew and activities were well coordinated and we had a very enjoyable experience.
