Reka the Tour Manager was outstanding. The staff were courteous although travelling solo I was overlooked by the wine waiter quite often.
AMA Waterways was definitely luxury, the balcony rooms were nice, the amenities were wonderful. They really go above and beyond on the meals and providing a variety. Wine and beer were included with all meals. Almost all of the excursions were included and there was a great variety in each port.
