Questions & Answers Ask A Question
Question: Will the day-by-day itinerary change?
Question: In what language is the river cruise conducted?
Great service on board this river cruise. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were as advertised top shelf, and everything was truly all inclusive. The scenery while cruising was fantastic, and the cities and villages we visited were more than I expected.
We are Uniworld enthusiasts and expect a consistent level of comfort & service, which was no exception on this trip. We do have two issues that may or may not be in Uniworld's power to correct: 1) air temperature control was extremely poor on this trip in cabin & public areas alike; 2) Internet service was so bad we might as well not have had it at all. I don't expect any internet while cruising, of course; however, upon reaching all ports, I expect to have strong internet connections. In this day & age anything less is unacceptable. We were very disappointed on this trip & expect better of Uniworld in this regard.
The Uniworld river cruise exceeded my expectations.
In our opinion Uniworld is by far the best river cruise company in the industry! The all inclusive packages are wonderful. The staff on all of the ships go out of their way to do whatever is necessary to insure that you are comfortable and content.
Uniword delivered on its promise for a luxury cruise on the Danube from Passau to Budapest. The entire crew was very well-trained and provided outstanding service. The River Beatrice is an excellent ship. Food was delicuous and varied. The land tours were delivered by professional tour guides. The cities we visited were fascinating and it is likely we'll go back to visit several, especially Vienna and Budapest.
Our agent was able to secure a stateroom for our river cruise. This was the trip of our dreams on Uni-World! Would definitely use Uni-World and Affordabletours again!
Steven was available to us for over a year to answer, discuss, and revisit all concerns or questions. There wasn't a moment when we felt our concerns were met with nothing other than 100% attentiveness.
