Questions & Answers Ask A Question
Question: Will the day-by-day itinerary change?
Question: In what language is the river cruise conducted?
Both my husband and I agree we'll never travel with another river cruise line, other than Uniworld. Our second vacation provided the same constant service as the first. The hospitality, comfort and beauty of the suite cabins, the food prepared, and all the rest simply cannot be matched. Our expectations were met with perfection!
Steve Warren was excellent to work with. He communicated clearly and accurately, took the initiative to keep us informed, and handled nonstandard requests effectively and with a high degree of professionalism.
The trip was everything we expected and more. Only one thing we would have liked was bus trips out and through the countryside to see what it looked like.
The tours were very good. The cruise was very good, we had some great views. The service was excellent. The best I have ever experienced.
Our Rhine River Cruise with Uniworld was amazing! The boat couldn't have been more perfect. The food was delicious, the staff was very courteous and accomodating and the tours were very interesting and informative. I would highly recommend Uniworld and Affordable Tours.
This river cruise was the best. Highly recommend Uniworld Christmas Market Cruise on the S.S. Antoinette. Price, Comfort, Service and food was excellent.
The Uniworld River Cruise was excellent, with a great itinerary and excellent staff. My only two significant criticisms were: 1. My bathroom smelled with an offensive odor that the staff could not rectify 2. The WIFI on the ship was slow, inconsistent, and generally poor.
My first River Cruise was well-orchestrated and carried out. All staff members on ship and off ship to include the places visited were great and well verse .
This was my second cruise with Uniworld. They are truly first class and I look forward to my next cruise with them.
Uniworld was first rate. Our second trip with them, and it will not be the last!
The itinerary is a bit rushed for the first few days if you leave from Basel, but its wonderful. The only alternative would be to make the cruise longer and it seemed every line does it virtually the same way. Having the boat start in Breisach instead of Basel this year doesn't really matter so don't be worried about that.
Great trip. Highly recommended
Excellent trip. Your tour company was very helpful. Uniworld was wonderful.
We had a great trip and look forward to another River Cruise on Uniworld!
Everything about the experience was excellent from the moment of boarding and receiving the solicitous attention of the staff, which continued from start to finish. Superb on-board service. The ship was wonderfully quiet and comfortable. The amenities were luxurious. Meals were tasty and filling. The onshore trips were excellent and varied, with high quality guides. Having buses to take us to places not otherwise accessible from the landing added a great deal. As a result, the itinerary was rich with history and beautiful places. I am looking forward to my next river cruise!
