When we arrived in Lisbon no representative was there and it took 45 minutes before a rep. arrived. The tours seemed improvised to find something to occupy our time and all involved coach trips. Many require more physical effort than was comfortable. Too much emphasis on churches and similar. Tour to Salamanca showed nothing except cathedral etc. Seats in coach very uncomfortable for 2 hour ride. Quality of food below expectations. Best meal was in Sheraton. Worst dinner in Lisbon on 3rd night. Crew on boat were very good and pleasant. Hearing devices are heavy and cumbersome. Selection of movies on tv was terrible.
