Cruising with Uniworld is a wonderful experience

We had a wonderful trip after Delta finally got us to Frankfurt. It’s a lovely ship with a superb crew.

Everything about the experience was excellent from the moment of boarding and receiving the solicitous attention of the staff, which continued from start to finish. Superb on-board service. The ship was wonderfully quiet and comfortable. The amenities were luxurious. Meals were tasty and filling. The onshore trips were excellent and varied, with high quality guides. Having buses to take us to places not otherwise accessible from the landing added a great deal. As a result, the itinerary was rich with history and beautiful places. I am looking forward to my next river cruise!

The only negative we have - some of the tour operators were hard to understand.

This was our 4th Uniworld cruise and each has been a memorable experience. Staff and menu are both important aspects of a cruise, and Uniworld excels in both areas. Decor of both public areas and cabins is unique and tasteful, adding a special flavor to the cruise experience. Our cruise director on the SS Catherine was exception in terms of knowledge and service.

The trip up the Rhone River more than met our expectations (except it rained more than we liked!). It was a marvelous trip that the eight of us (four couples) enjoyed very much,

Small group on ship. Great for meeting new people. Great friendly professional staff. Excellent food. Depending on destinations excursions are good. This was our second time with Uniworld. First was Italy. That was unbelievable.

I thoroughly enjoyed this river cruise along the Danube. Everything was as advertised. We were met at the airport and arrived early to our ship. The Uniworld staff was amazing! I definitely recommend this cruise.

Both my husband and I agree we'll never travel with another river cruise line, other than Uniworld. Our second vacation provided the same constant service as the first. The hospitality, comfort and beauty of the suite cabins, the food prepared, and all the rest simply cannot be matched. Our expectations were met with perfection!

Uniworld once again provided the exemplary experience we've come to expect. It was maybe not quite as high level as two previous Uniworld cruises but almost.

Uniworld is a luxury river cruise and all tours were exceptional.

During COVID we were unsure about all the rules of the trip. Everything turned out OK. This cruise was above our expectations for itinerary, accommodations, food, and safety. Visiting southern France felt like being among friends. They appreciated us being there and we had an amazing time. This is our 5th trip with Uniworld and most of our fellow cruisers were also repeats.

Uniworld continues to provide an exceptional level of service. The food and beverages were excellent. The included excursions were very well done with relatively small groups and very entertaining local guides. This was our 5th Uniworld cruise and we were so happy that they continue to offer the personal attention and quality that we have grown to expect. This itinerary had a nice balance of some daytime sailing and very interesting excursions.

Uniworld was the first cruise to Eastern Europe since Covid shut everything down in 2019. That means there were a few hiccups, but the staff did the very best they could with what they were dealt.

Uniworld should advise potential customers of the level of activity, especially for this trip. While I personally had no problems with the demanding Itinerary, the elderly or disabled could not visit some of the sites we saw due to accessibility. Uniworld rents their boats so there is no consistency from trip to trip. This was a very beautiful, spacious boat and the staff were incredibly gracious and helpful. We felt very welcomed and appreciated. Four seasons was nice but food was too expensive and there were no alternatives since we were warned not to venture out on our own. Customer should be warned that they will be escorted by armed guards and there will be a lot of security checks on this trip.

This Uniwirld river cruise was fantastic

This was our first experience using Affordable Tours. Treena, our agent, was most helpful and provided much guidance as we navigated our way through all the procedures and processes needed to travel overseas. Treena answered all our questions and was readily available and at our service. Excellent service and always very professional.

Our Uniworld river cruise, Provence to Burgundy, was everything we expected and more. Their Masterpiece excursions are exceptional. We also loved not having to tip as it was included in our package.

We usually compare travel agencies for every trip we take, and Affordable Tours alwqys comes out ahead. We have always been satisfied with their service and will continue to use them.

Our river cruise on Uniworld was exceptional! The destinations and excursions were incredible, the staff was "above and beyond" friendly, helpful and professional, and overall, this was a spectacular vacation.

Steven was available to us for over a year to answer, discuss, and revisit all concerns or questions. There wasn't a moment when we felt our concerns were met with nothing other than 100% attentiveness.

First class, well operated cruise line. Service and food outstanding, the ship is well appointed and comfortable. Uniworld is probably not the cheapest out there, but you get the quality you pay for. The staff is exceptional and the entire experience was flawless.

The tours were very good. The cruise was very good, we had some great views. The service was excellent. The best I have ever experienced.

The trip was everything we expected and more. Only one thing we would have liked was bus trips out and through the countryside to see what it looked like.
