As far as I'm concerned, AMA Waterways is a very customer friendly business to deal with. They treat their customers with the utmost respect and as family. They are the only River Cruise outfit that we would consider doing another river cruise with. We have already given them a $400 deposit against a future cruise.
Trip was everything that was expected and more.
We are very pleased with our trip.Morgan gave many options to pick from but, after discussion of the places we wanted to see she help us to narrow our choices.I would recommend Morgan to any of our friends how are planning to travel.
Purchased a suite for two people with two beds. The beds were smaller than twin bed in size. I was unable to lie on my back and keep both arms on the mattress, one would fall off as the bed was too narrow. I am an average size guy. Not worth the money I paid. The size of the cabin was small and cramped. This was our first river cruise and was a disappointment when comparing a suite on an ocean cruise. We were in Cabin 303. The food provided was mediocre to good. It was not presented very well on the buffet at breakfast and the breakfast cook was not trained in breakfast cookery. Generally the menu had little imagination and offering was limited. The Chef's table dinner was also a disappointment. Thinking there would be a Le Chaine De Rotissiers experience, the dinner was a terrible let down.
