This was an excellent 14 day AmaWaterways vacation; a mixture of land based destinations (NE Spain and the Loire region of France) and a river cruise based out of Bordeaux. Food and accommodation on the river cruise was excellent. There were just 30 people on the land based parts of this vacation and 100 vacationers on the ship (being mid-season). The 4 star hotels (San Sebastián, Loire chateaux and Paris CDG airport) were excellent, though the Bilbao hotel didn't quite match up. Weather generally good (early June). On a personal note, the accompanying travel/cruise manager was outstanding, as was the ship's Captain. Recommended.

This was our third cruise with AmaWaterways and we are quite pleased. Our Cruise Manager was outstanding. The ship's crew were professional, courteous and efficient. We will book another cruise with them.

Excellent trip, great staff on board, size of the ship made it a more friendly and intimate cruise.
