When dining onboard your all-inclusive Uniworld river cruise, you'll be treated to world-class cuisine made from fresh ingredients, locally sourced from the destinations you visit. Uniworld's farm-to-table approach takes their chefs to regional farms, local markets and artisanal producers to ensure that every meal is an adventure in and of itself. For those interested in healthier dining options, Uniworld's Traveling Lite menu features all of the flavor of their traditional menu, but with fewer calories. Uniworld also offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, prepared just for you. If you have a specific meal preference, just ask. Uniworld's chefs will be happy to accommodate.
Age Restrictions
Guests must be at least 5 years old. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and share a cabin with someone aged 21 or older. Adults accompanying children are responsible for their safety and behavior onboard and onshore.
Tipping
Gratuities for onboard and onshore personnel—including ship staff, crew, Cruise/Tour Manager or Egyptologist, local experts, and drivers—are included during the cruise/tour and any pre- or post-cruise land extensions.

The inability of most of the staff to speak/understand English when 90% plus of the passengers were English speaking is a real negative. Little personalized care/interaction from the room stewards or dining room staff compared to other luxury cruise lines : Viking, WindStar, Avalon, Oeania. The ship was in need of refurbishing and was scheduled for such, but was forced into continued service after the fire on the Sphynx but seriously....graffiti scratched into the mirror behind the bedside lamp in room 307 is absolutely unacceptable. It could and should have been covered in some way.
We have taken four tours with Uniworld. Each has been an enjoyable experience. Their service is excellent and try provide outstanding customer service. We will book with them again and would recommend their company to anyone looking for an enjoyable river cruise.
